Home Coming

Yes, folks, it's that time of year again: the weather cools off (then gets frickin' hot again the next week!) the corn gets harvested, leaves start to turn, (well, in a couple weeks, anyway,) and here in the Land of Tall Corn a young man's fancy turns to FOOTBALL and SEMI-FORMAL DANCES! Home Coming! I will note that our beloved Comets beat the Blue Devils at the game Friday- much to everyone's surprise, since our team is, ahem, struggling- but we all know the real high light of Home Coming is making pretty for the dance. And how pretty can you get? JA and his main squeeze Sh'Elizabeth are lookin' SWEET, if I do say so myself.
In heels, Liz is taller than JA, so he tried to stand a little taller while still snuggling against her sequined back. Cute!
Another shot, slightly different angle.
And Troy, who was chaperone/chauffeur for the evening. The slightly glazed look on his eyes and the half-smile are probably due to his meds, but I'll take what I can get.
